Operation Instruction:

 

1. Preparation before startup

1) The operator must wear a safety helmet before work.

2) Insert two aviation plugs of the data line connecting the console and host machine.

Caution: Before plugging, make clear the location of the locating notch. Hot plugging is prohibited. System failure may occur, and even the system may be burnt. Operators should pay more attention.

3) Power-on: Connect terminal blocks of main power supply. Suggest 3×16+10mm2 and above four-core copper wire cables and proper grounding. Electrical operation can be performed under normal circuit and fastened ground wire.

4) Check whether the supply voltage is normal and within three-phase 380V±5%, check connecting thread ends in the electricity carbinet for any falling off, especially the connection of PE ground wire, confirm there’s no abnormality and then switch on the main power supply.

5) Close the power key switch on the console and check whether there is any alarm display. If any, eliminate the alarm fault according to the prompt displayed on the alarm screen.

 

2.Console structure introduction

Caution: Operators must be those who have accepted special training and known operation requirements. Otherwise, faulty operation will damage the internal procedure and thus disable the equipment.

Special Caution: If the touch screen being used breaks down, a new screen touch should be replaced. After the touch screen is replaced or if raw compensation data do not exist in any other circumstance, original compensation parameters are needed to be reset. In case of no set technological parameter, any machine damage event would occur. Be sure to keep in mind. (original parameters are given in the data sheet by the training staff.) During automatic working, if the bending arm touches upper or lower limit, the machine will go back to work until zero return (the bending arm returns to the original point).

 

3.Operation method

Note: electrical operation is carried out when the circuit is normal and the grounding wire is tightened. There is an obvious grounding point on the main frame of the equipment. When the equipment is installed, the PE line must be connected to the grounding point, but it is not allowed to connect the N line to the grounding point. It is recommended that you run the main engine for 2 hours at first time and then enter the steel bar test machine.

①First open the total power supply cabinet

②Insert the key and open the system power key switch

③Pull the manual / automatic knob to the middle,This position is for the bending arm to reset the original position. It needs to cooperate with a start button again.

④Manual operation

A)The operation table is installed, the direction is consistent with the machine face, and the operator is facing the operation platform.

B) Press a reset button to remove the alarm.

C) Switch the manual / automatic knob to the left hand gear,And then move to the left or right.Pull the forward and reverse knob knob to observe whether the running direction of the traction wheel is consistent with the direction of the pull. This is defined as: to the left to right direction for backward traction, traction direction.

D)Turn the manual / automatic knob switch to the left hand gear, then pull the bending positive and negative knob on the left or right side.,Observe whether the operation direction of the bending arm is consistent with the direction of the pull.It is defined as: the operator faces the front side of the machine, turns to the left side, turns the bending arm into counterclockwise rotation, and moves to the right to rotate clockwise for the bending arm.

⑤Automatic simulation run:

After debugging, drawing, bending and moving, confirming the direction is correct, you can perform the automatic simulation operation. The specific steps are as follows:

a) open the power switch on the right side of the operation panel,Click on the need to operate the language flag,Click into the graphic editing screen

b) Edit the graphics that need to be processed on the touch screen,click Button deposit  system, Clicking again Confirm the current task;

c) Switch the manual / automatic knob to the middle return reference,Press the start button once.At this point the bending arm will return to the 12 o’clock position.

d) Touch screen parameter screen open button,Click one time to convert to state,It can simulate the hoop feed operation

e) Switch the manual / automatic knob to the right side,Single step / continuous knob wrench to the left single step,press start button once,At this point, the system will perform a hoop simulation automatically.

f) Input touch screen planned output value,Pull the single step / continuous knob to the right side,press start button onceto start,at this time, the system will automatically execute the planned amount of hoop simulation.

g) when urgent or wrong actions occur, the emergency stop button must be pressed in time, then the emergency stop and display will be opened.

h) release the error according to the alarm indication of the display, press the reset button to resume the preparation status.

 

when according to the previous stop button or from other state to state need to reference (automatic bending arm to return to origin).

Note: when a fault occurs during automatic operation, it is impossible to achieve the initial position of each structure when it is solved.

 

4.Parameter setting

1) When a new production task is needed, mechanical adjustment is needed, which may lead to several unqualified samples. Please make a single step adjustment when debugging.

2) When working, the speed and speed will affect the length and angle. Please adjust the length and angle of the machine after adjusting the speed.

3) The internal program and key parameters of the servo drive, the touch screen and the PLC have been set before the factory is out. We need to specify the professional and technical personnel to modify the operation.

4) Speed setting

Note: when the processing of 12, 13 of the bars should be limited to processing speed, or speed too fast will seriously damage the mechanical. The bending speed should be slowed down when the size (side length or diagonal length) of the bending stirrup is greater than 400 mm, which has been set in the program, but the customer should adjust itself according to the actual situation.
