What is Machinery Genie?
Machinery Genie is an online marketplace built to provide a robust platform designed to bring together all machinery and industrial product vendors and buyers from all over the world. Our online vendors go through stringent screening and verification processes to ensure we keep the marketplace clean and safe.
Where do I get support?
For all general support related questions related to your account, purchase questions or site issues please contact our support team through our support center. For any support related to products purchased, please contact the vendor directly through the Seller Support Ticket found inside the Customer Dashboard. Once you post an issue it will notify the seller of your issue and can assist you further. Please note, if the seller is not responsive after waiting 24 hours, kindly notify our support team so we can assist in resolving your issues.

Of course! Feel free to create a new account and browse the marketplace products!
What if something goes wrong?
Buy with confidence! Machinery Genie uses trusted payment gateways to process online purchases. We currently use Paypal Payments and Stripe for all transactions within our marketplace. With PayPal and Stripe, you’re protected from checkout to delivery. Your financial info is never given away to sellers. And if something goes wrong with your order, your eligible transactions will be fully reimbursed. You’re Protected if: Your order never arrives Your order arrives, but it’s significantly different than it was described
I want to pay in my own currency. Is this possible?
All product prices and shipping costs on Machinery Genie are displayed in US Dollars (US $). However, the British Pounds (GBP￡), Euro (EUR €), Singaporean Dollars (SGD S$), Canadian Dollar (C$), Australian Dollar (AU$), New Zealand Dollar (NZ $) are also accepted when you pay by credit/debit card. When you pay by credit card, your transaction automatically gets converted into one of the following currencies: US Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Singaporean Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar and New Zealand Dollar. If your bank converts the transaction, usually a conversion fee is charged. Please consult your bank for more details.
How do I create an account?
To get started whether you’re a buyer or seller, you create a new account. Once inside your account center, you will see the different sections inside there.
How do I report fraud or spam?
If you suspect a seller is listing products created by someone else or if your being spammed through your messaging system, please contact support so we can help.
How do I pay?
You can use a major Credit Card, or your Paypal account to buy. Once you have completed the checkout process, the money goes straight to the sellers Paypal account. That’s it!
Can I checkout without making an account?
Order confirmation emails and order-related communication will be sent to the email address you provide during account creation. It is therefore important that you create an account, which only takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
Shipping, payment & returns?
Each store, has a “store policy” link. This is where a seller will outline all the important information about buying from their store. If you have any further questions, please contact the seller before making the purchase so there is no confusion.
What is your return policy of my purchase?
Each vendor has specific return policy. It is encouraged to discuss this with your vendor before making a purchase.
How do I keep track the status of my order’s shipment?
In the customer dashboard, Orders tab, you can view the status of each order. Alternatively, you can communicate directly with the vendor through the dashboard, support ticket, chat or email.
