Fuctions:

This line is mainly for producing square ducts with TDF flange/angle steel flange, the processing capacity is 1000-2000square meters per day. After input the dimensions of the ducts you want to process, then the machine can complete the following functions: uncoiling, leveling, beading, notching and punching, shearing, pittsburgh locking, TDF flange forming/angle steel flange forming and hydraulic folding.
Optional material auto stacking system.

Packing & Delivery:

2 kinds of ways: LCL is for small machine, FCL is for big machine.

※ LCL: Covered by plastic films, packed by wooden case.
※ FCL: Covered by plastic films, packed by a container.

☀Before packaged, the machines will be tested strictly to guarantee the stability and high accuracy.
☂ After tested, the machines will be wrapped with plastic sheet ,machine will be securely wired to the container.
☂ Each machine packed with plastic film first, then placed in a wooden case, wooden case with a foam filling.
