The CNC3020 USB machine is a compact desktop CNC machine that lets you do engraving work at the office or in your own home.
The 3020 is a miniature version of a carving machine that can be connected to your computer like a printer or scanner anytime, anywhere, so that you can realize your design using nonmetal materials or simple PCB/CNC.
Application
This 3020 USB engraver is a user-friendly desktop engraving machine for those with limited space and /or a limited budget. The Computerized CNC Engraving and Cutting Machine is suitable for various materials including, wood, PMMA or other plastics, MDF board, PVC, acrylic, and composite board.
Steady and durable, the machine is equipped with an aluminum alloy frame. It can be controlled by your computer using simple and intelligent Mach 3 software to make engraving more precise. The machine is also equipped with an emergency stop button to enhance security.
Use your machine to carve large 3D designs in soft wood, MDF board, PVC, and acrylic. We recommend using one or two spiral flute ball bits to engraving a wider variety of materials such as metal, steel, hardwood, composite board, and stone.
The spindle motor knob is useful for small positioning adjustments and has a sturdy structure.
Cover plates reduce deterioration of the screws and shafts.
The chrome shafts themselves are not easily deformed. The flexible coupling can be used for high torque transmission.
