Manuel Edge Sanding Unit
Manual edge sanding unit dimensioning is done manually and it provides a great advantage in terms of labor cost and time cost by sanding the edges together with the surface sander.
Oscillatory Cylinder Brush System
This section consists of 2 unit (1+1) cylinder sanding system whose speed, height and rotation directions can be adjusted independently. In addition, thanks to the double-sided cylider brush sanding system’s ability to rotate in both directions, two different sanding grits can be used and raw and primer carving surface sanding can be done easily.
Oscillatory Disc Brush Sanding System
This section consists of 3 unit (5+6+5) disc sanding system whose speed, height and rotation directions can be adjusted independently. In addition, thanks to the double-sided disc brush sanding system’s ability to rotate in both directions, two different sanding grits can be used and raw and primer carving surface sanding can be done easily.

Vacuum Conveyor Belt
SUPERSAND X PLUS brush sanding machine vacumm machine table prevents the parts from moving inside the machine during raw or primer sanding even on very small carved parts.
Automatic Edge Sanding Unit
The width setting of the manual edge sanding unit, which is a first in Turkey, can be adjusted via the touch control panel registered to the system, and automatic width adjustment control can be made in variable widths in line with the demands of our customers.
Input and Output Roller Conveyor Tables
The input and output sections are mounted on our brush sander, but we can also add roller conveyor table requests as an extra.
