安装和调试:

1.电极夹紧输出负极,电极座输出正极.

2.钨针可在研磨机中磨尖,利用尖端放电原理.

3钨针直径1.5mm

脚步:

1,接通电源,打开电源开关.

2.调节功率旋钮,分粗调和微调.根据工作需要可调整刻度值

3.工件与镊子对齐.工件接口对准钨针(最佳距离为5mm).

4.带脚踏板开关(脚卸).点焊完成.

防范措施:

1.脚不能长时间踩脚踏开关,一踩立即撤掉,如长时间踩开关,机器处于短路状态,会烧毁内部电路

2.请使用本机精度.

3.闪光灯对眼睛造成伤害,请使用防护措施.
