The XP-928 semi-automatic dispenser uses high-pressure air to push the liquid out using a foot switch control for a set period of time. The manual and semi-automatic state can be flexibly adjusted, and the high-precision digital timing controller is used to precisely control the titration time, accurate to the millisecond, and correctly control the liquid material flow, and the liquid material is never wasted. As long as the air pressure is adjusted, the time and the appropriate needle are selected, the amount of each drop and the time of the drop are easily changed. It can solve many dispensing problems, easy to use, quick and easy to operate, and equipped with vacuum suction function to control different viscosity liquids to prevent dripping, high efficiency and consistent dispensing.

Two Methods of Operation

(1) Automatic operation (AUTO) (for quantitative, non-timed dispensing) adjust the switch to the automatic AUTO position. Adjust the air pressure and the amount of glue, and select the appropriate needle to control the correct flow of liquid. Each time the foot switch is pressed, the liquid material will automatically drip from the needle tip according to the set amount of glue.

(2) MANUAL (for non-quantitative, non-timed dispensing) adjust the switch to the MANUAL position, adjust the air pressure and select the appropriate needle, press the foot switch, the liquid will drip from the needle tip , release the foot switch liquid material to stop dripping.
