A.C. Resistance Spot Welder equipped with a digital micro controller type synthetic controller, which provide excellent and
precise welding controls. As a result, the Metform welders yield exceptional welding performance.
Adjustable speed head, the ascending and descending speed of the press head can be freely and continuously adjusted. The shock,impact, and noise of the electrode impacting the work piece can be precisely controlled.
Fast response and quick motion driven by Pneumatic cylinder. A pneumatic cylinder provides the power to push and lift the upper welding head, which is activated by a shielded foot to control solenoid valve.
Adjustable lower and upper horns for high flexibility to weld different work pieces.
Built-in internal Water-saving type forced circulation system and is not discarded.
Upper arm insulation To prevent short-circuit accident of the insulated part when the welding jig is mounted on the lower arm. Thyristor (S.C.R) control of output.
Electrodes are made of special high conductivity copper alloy.
