Introduction:

The press folding is a machine that can bend sheet metal. Its structure mainly includes a support, a work table and a clamping plate. The working table is placed on the support which consists of a base and a pressing plate. The base is attached to the clamping plate by a hintering, and is composed of a shell, coil, and cover plate.
When using, the wire is fed to the coil, so that the coil generates a force of attraction on the pressing plate in order to achieve clamping of the sheet between the pressing plate and the base. Due to the use of electromagnetic clamping, the pressing plate can be used in a variety of parts requirements, and parts with side walls can also be processed. The bending press can meet the needs of various parts by changing the mold.

5. The machine body, the sliding block, the worktable and other main components are subjected to a single clamping of a large landing bore and the milling machine to ensure multiple geometric accuracy of the main machine.
6. Machine capacity is greatly increased in anti-torque and electronic charging resistance. The machine can normally work in full load situation. The work table, the vertical column, the Traverse beam and the sliding block are of good design rigidity. Little deformation between the worktable and the junk when working to ensure good rectitude and angle uniformity.
